| Terri Ducay is an advocate for using cultural design to meet the needs of global and emerging markets in a profitable, socially conscious, and sustainable way. She works with clients to discover new opportunities for growth by researching individual user desires, regional challenges, and cultural preferences. She leads the design process for creating solutions that are based on understanding and fulfilling the real needs of people, both functional and emotional. Terri utilizes ethnographic approaches to capture qualitative descriptions of human social behavior that identify an unfulfilled need in the market. This information can provide a critical strategic advantage in global markets and channel innovative ideas back into existing product lines. Terri implements cultural design and usability considerations early in the product roadmap, enabling an efficient product development process. These approaches can lead to solutions for BOP (Bottom of the Pyramid) markets as well as new, socially conscious offerings | ![]() |
