Under Tolentino's leadership, Aidea has handled various local and international architectural projects. Fifty percent of the company's body of work is composed of overseas projects from highly respected multinational clients including retail firm Procter & Gamble. As design consultants of P&G, Aidea is tasked to design buildings and company headquarters spread out in parts of Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
Under Tolentino’s supervision, Aidea’s work has led to other projects in countries like Belgium, China, France, Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In the Philippines, Aidea’s experience includes designs for the country’s largest real estate developer Ayala Land, Inc.
Tolentino has been conferred two prestigious awards—the 2007 Innovation Entrepreneur of the Year award by Ernst and Young and SGV Philippines and BCI’s Top Ten Architects in the Philippines for 2008.
